Bins and Pump Boxes are constructed following common design criteria but do not comply with a given construction and inspection standard. Bins and Pump Boxes are to be inspected following client specifications and accepted standards best suited for the service, and design specifications.
Certification Requirements:
- CWB Level 1, 2, and 3.
- CGSB UT Level 1, 2, and 3.
- CGSB MT Level 1, 2, and 3.
- CGSB PT Level 1, 2, and 3.
- Irata Level 1, 2, and 3.
Bins and Pump Box Inspection and Repair Results:
- Determination of damage mechanisms.
- Locating and recording defect locations.
- Verification of coating and tile condition.
- Repairs as required.
